Life is absolutely hectic these days. Between work, family, and trying to squeeze in some me time/self-care/relaxation, it can be challenging to keep up. But there's one thing that always gets me through: coffee. I deeply love the smell of a good cup of joe, and it gives me the boost I need to tackle the day.
Of course, I also know that sleep is essential. But sometimes, when you're powering through a busy schedule, it can be hard to get enough shut-eye. So, on those days when I'm feeling particularly tired, I might just indulge in a little extra coffee (and maybe even skip a nap/power nap/quick snooze).
No condemnation here – we all have our vices. And for me, it's a warm mug of coffee and the promise of a productive day/getting things done/accomplishing my goals.

Each glug carries with it a sense of serenity, grounding me in the current experience.
- Frequently, I even experience deep thought as I observe the cycle of the extraction process.
- Occasionally, it's simply a delightful break from the hustle and bustle.
So, while I may sometimes seek out a counselor, my French Press remains a reliable friend through life's challenges.
